1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Airmail service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Airmail provides email infrastructure including email receiving, storage, and API access for custom domains. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (including API tokens) and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at fraud@airmail.cv if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all email content and data processed through the Service. We claim no ownership rights over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. The free tier may be subject to usage limits.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airmail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for more than 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
