1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (if applicable). When you use our service, we process email messages routed through your configured domains.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Airmail service. Specifically:
- To route, store, and deliver email messages on your behalf
- To authenticate your API requests
- To communicate service updates and security notices
- To process payments and prevent fraud
3. Email Content
Airmail processes email content only as necessary to provide the service. We do not read, scan, analyze, or sell email content for advertising or any other purpose unrelated to service delivery. Email content is encrypted at rest and in transit.
4. Data Retention
Email messages are retained in your account until you delete them or close your account. Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after closure to allow for reactivation.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processing through Stripe).
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global edge network.
7. Your Rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time through the API or by contacting us. For GDPR requests, contact fraud@airmail.cv.
8. Contact
